Instructions on submitting Master theses for publishing in ProQuest Dissertations and Theses

Instructions, Guides, Tips, and Training

The ProQuest ETD Administrator is a tool that provides Reinhardt the ability to deliver all approved theses to ProQuest electronically. This easily understood process guides you through uploading your graduate work and all relevant information. Your thesis will then be available for other scholars to access. In addition to having your work available in the ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database, you will have options to:

  • copyright your work
  • provide Open Access to your work
  • receive royalties
  • purchase printed copies of your work

Begin by setting up your account for ETD Administrator. To help you navigate the process, here are links to some helpful resources:

After submitting your thesis, your work will be reviewed by Reinhardt's designated administrator. That administrator will then either approve your submission or send it back to you for revisions. Once your thesis is approved, it will be delivered to ProQuest for publishing and archiving.

If you have any questions that cannot be answered from the above links, please contact Joel Langford, campus ETD administrator (see contact information to the right), or your program coordinator. You may also contact ProQuest's Gilia Smith at

If you would like to inquire about the status of your submission after it has been approved and sent by the graduate school, you may contact ETD's Author and School Relations group at or 800-521-0600 x77020. Please include your manuscript ID with your query; the ID will have been included in the confirmation email sent to you by the ETD Administrator.
